Meet the Team

Centerline Design Build is a full service provider of home improvement and contracting services operating in the greater Washington Metro Area. Due to our dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer service since 2004, our team has grown to over 20 dedicated professionals.

Principals

Bill Krause

Principal / Senior Project Manager

Bill Krause has 18 years of project management and hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland. He is a licensed home improvement and commercial construction contractor in the state of Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia, and is a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE).

Jacque Barlow

Principal / Director of Design

Jacque is a multi talented design professional with over 25 years experience in visual merchandising, sales and design. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in design from the American University. She provides customer relationship management support and works closely with our clients to guide them in design styles and trends. She is active in professional organizations and in community outreach programs.

Management Team

Kerstin Janjikian

Project Manager

Kerstin is a graduate of the University of Maryland and is a certified Project Management Professional.
She has been with WMA since inception and has successfully completed over 150 projects.

Jorge Leon

Field Operations Manager

Jorge has over 25 years of hands-on and management experience in residential/commercial construction. He has been with Centerline since 2005 and is an integral part of coordinating daily operations.

Fabian Leon

Project Manager

Fabian Leon holds a Construction Management degree from Montgomery College and has been a valuable member of our management team for four years.

Cole Hendrigsman

Junior Project Manager

Cole graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Business Management. He has been with Centerline since inception. He is responsible for project management and procurement support.
